Dear medical fellows, dear visitorthe German section of European Pro-Life Doctors appeals at all prolifers, pro-life physicians and right for life organisations of Europe, to take intensive care of the theme "critics on the brain-death conception and the transplantation medicine. The new AGH-medical initiative of EPLD-members and other physicians propose a Europeanwide "Networking of brain-death opposers and protection of human life".
In a circolar e-Mail letter to medical colleagues and prolifers in SPAIN, Italy, France and Belgium EPLD since April of 2012 is making an inquiry and is working at this project.
Searching brain-death opposers in Europe
Circolar-letter to 200 prolifers and medical colleagues and associations in Spain, France, Belgium, Italy:
1) Dear Spanish prolifers,
dear medical fellows in Spain and elsewhere,
the new branch "Ad-Hoc Gruppe Hirntod" ("Medical Ad-Hoc Group Brain Death Opposers + against organ harvesting") of EPLD -medical association (European Pro-Life Doctors) is interested to come into contact with Spanish (and European) prolifers opposing brain death and organ harvesting.
We have heard from a Spanish priest in Pamplona, decleared "brain dead" and standing before an explantation of his organs:
He waked up after a protest of his ecclesiastic superior and his relatives and he is now living!
After the recent international BERLIN-conference about brain death and ethical behaviour our German medical protesting group is searching medical facts of those "annectdotes" (??) of waked up people:
- the exact medical exanmination of this miraculous (but denied ) case,
- informations about this Pamplona priest,
- informationsa about the Spanish pro-life movement and eventual special "brain-death"-groups like ours, defending human life and dignity.
Dear Spanish colleagues and prolifers,
please give us some informations of prolife-specialists and links in Spain and elsewhere.
The Munich medical Ad-Hoc-Group may be the beginning of a European pro-Life Network Brain Death against Organ Harvesting".
Thank You very much for some constructive, helpful response. We like to hear Your propos!ls and experiences.
(You can answer in English, German, Italian - and Spanish or French too.)
