die EPLD-Ärztevereinigung unterstützt die klare Haltung der römischen Päpste zum Lebensschutz und zur Wahrung der Menschenwürde.
Für uns EPLD-Prolife-Ärzte steht fest:
Ärzte und Kirche müssen sich unbedingt für den Schutz menschlichen Lebens einsetzen und sich gegenseitig achten und unterstützen.

Protection of Life
1) Pope tells politicians first principle should be "protection of life in all its stages".
The Pope has told parliamentarians from the European Popular Party that the first principle for all politicians should be "protection of life in all its stages, from the first moment of conception to natural death."
Speaking on 30 March 2006 in Rome, Benedict XVI named three principles that all politicians should uphold:
- 1. protection of life,
- 2. recognition of the family, and
- 3. parents' rights to educate their children.
He said, "These principles ... are inscribed in human nature itself and therefore they are common to all humanity."
These issues were not negotiable because the dignity of the human person was at stake. Zenit, 30 March 06
