Dear visitor, dear medical fellow,


the new "Medical Ad-hoc-Group of Brain-Death Opponents was founded in Germany in November 2011.


As a result of the famous Brain-death conference 2009 in Rome German prolife-physicians (of EPLD and BKÄ- Union of Catholic Physicians) are calling their medical fellows in Germany to participate at the new medical initiative "Medical Ad-hoc-Group Opposing Brain Death".


Main goals are:

1. To enter for a good ethical behaviour of today transplantation medicine and to protect 'brain-dead' patients from esplantation of their organs, while their heart ist still beating and they eventually could be rescued.

2.  Information of doctors, scientists, politicians, the media and the clerus about the bad practises regarding organ transplantation and about the false brain-death concept.

3) We say:   Heavy brain-injured people is still allive and  need  our help, not a quick explantation of their organs.


4)  This young medical action is a over-confesionally Christian and interdisciplinary association of physicians, to have care for mor clearance and truth in the transplantation medicine.

Facts are:
The today transplantation medicine violates the right of life and human dignity, practising the brutal propagated concept of brain-death, which ist scienificly wrong.

Patients were deleared as 'brain-dead' and explantetd, but they are still allive and their heart is beating!

AGH-group demands:

- Not to insist on the old, wrong brain-death concept,


- the protection of patient's life,


- the protection of medical fellows in the clinics and clinical staff in etchical-conflictual situations


- As physicians act for truth and clearness, ...



At the International Brain-death Conferen 2009 in ROME there was discussed such an medical initiative for Germany and Europe.

Actual events in Catholic circles in Germany have made evident a dilemma
of the Church and the physicians.


- There are pressions on believers, to fill out the passport as organ-donator and to make an offcial declaration versus organ donation or not.
- Bürger und Gläubige werden mit dem Argument "Nächstenliebe" bedrängt,

- the fragile and wrong brain-death concept continues to serve as fundament to accept the explantation of fresh human organs with beatening heart.



After a wrong interview at Cologne Dome-Radio (4-12-2011) the new "Medical Ad-Hoc-Group Brain death" has written an urgent letter to the Apostolic Nuntius für Germany in Berlin.

In short terms:

  The brain-death ist not shure and is not more accepted by the USA since 2008


These facts were not communicated to the public and the physicians:

- Today there is only one goal: Explantation of organs at any cost.

- the brain-death concept serves only as a "fiction", to receive legaly intact fresh organs.


- Still worst:
Instead of waiting for the "brain-death", in alwalys more countries the organs were immediately cut out of "Non-Heart-Beating-Donors" (accident, cardiac death, ....)
